Interesting Fact
Every summer, Japan celebrates "Tanabata," a festival based on the legend of two celestial lovers, Orihime and Hikoboshi. Separated by the Milky Way, they are allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month. If rain falls that night, people say the lovers must wait another year before crossing the heavens to see each other again.
Memory Trick
A big person (大) grows so tall that their head reaches the sky. That's 天, meaning heaven.
